Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information RAJ LTDA ("we", "us", "our") handles when you use our iOS applications and any related services (together, the "Apps"), and the choices you have about it.

01Who we are

RAJ LTDA is an independent app development company based in Matão, São Paulo, Brazil. We develop and publish our own applications on the Apple App Store. For anything related to this policy, write to support@rajltda.pro.

02Information we handle

Depending on the App and how you use it, we may process:

• Usage and diagnostics — which features are used, crash reports, and performance metrics, so we can find and fix problems.
• Device information — device model, iOS version, language, and region settings.
• Purchase records — confirmation of subscriptions or in-app purchases made through the App Store, so we can unlock what you paid for. Apple processes the payment itself; we never see your card details.
• Support correspondence — the emails, and any attachments, you choose to send us.

Content you create inside an App generally stays on your device or in your personal iCloud storage, unless the App clearly states otherwise.

03How we use it

• To run the Apps, deliver purchased features, and keep them working reliably.
• To diagnose crashes, improve performance, and decide what to improve next.
• To answer your support requests.
• To protect the Apps against fraud, abuse, and security issues.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising unless an App explicitly says so and asks for your permission.

04Service providers

Our Apps may rely on a small set of third-party services — for example Apple's platform services, and commonly used analytics or crash-reporting tools — to operate. These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and we only use those necessary for the App to function and improve.

05Purchases

All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store under Apple's terms. We receive only the information needed to confirm your entitlement — never your full payment details. Billing, renewal, refunds, and cancellation are managed through your Apple account.

06Data retention

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, applicable data protection laws may give you the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of your personal data, or to object to it. To exercise any of these rights, email support@rajltda.pro and we will respond within a reasonable time.

08Children

Our Apps are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children without the consent required by law. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

09Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Meaningful changes may also be highlighted inside the affected App.
