Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to the iOS applications and related services (the "Apps") developed and published by RAJ LTDA ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
01Who we are
RAJ LTDA is an independent app development company based in Matão, São Paulo, Brazil. You can reach us at support@rajltda.pro.
02Your license to use the Apps
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps on Apple devices you own or control, for your own lawful purposes, in line with these Terms and the App Store rules that apply to you.
03Acceptable use
- Don't interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Apps or the systems behind them.
- Don't copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Apps, except to the extent the law expressly allows it.
- Don't use the Apps to break the law or to infringe anyone else's rights.
04Purchases and subscriptions
Some Apps offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. All of them are processed by the Apple App Store, and pricing, billing, renewal, refunds, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple account settings; uninstalling an App does not cancel a subscription by itself.
05Intellectual property
The Apps — including their software, design, content, and trademarks — belong to RAJ LTDA or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
06Disclaimer of warranties
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — and we do not promise that the Apps will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAJ LTDA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Apps. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.
08Termination
We may suspend or end your access to an App if you breach these Terms, or where necessary for security or legal reasons. You can stop using an App at any time by deleting it.
09Changes to the Apps
We keep improving our Apps, which means features may be added, changed, or retired over time. We may also discontinue an App entirely, and where reasonable we will give notice in advance.
10Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where RAJ LTDA is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you additional rights, those rights are not affected.
